Egg with quite a bit of blood on shell

These hens have been laying for 8 months, and just recently one of my 5 leghorns started laying blood-streaked eggs.

What could be the trouble?

Also, one of the leghorns has lost all her butt feathers. I'm kinda glad that I won't have to go soaking or trimming her, but I'm wondering if this is a symptom of something not good.

Could the 2 troubles (if it's the same hen) be linked?

i heard that the feathers missing could mean acidic poop and you should try feeding them soft foods like bread
