Egg withdrawal for dewormer vs aquasol

Can someone explain to me why there is no egg withdrawal for the Safeguard Aquasol 20% but there is a withdrawal for the Safeguard Dewormer 10% solution for goats? My understanding is that it’s the same med, fenbendazole, so I struggle to understand the egg withdrawal recommendations. Thank you!
