Egg without shell

Dear Friends,

Kindly please advise me how to cure one of my hens: since one week she is laying every two days eggs without shell, covered with just a soft membrane.
She is one year old and until now was laying regularly about 3-4 normal eggs weekly. The other hens, also one year old, are laying just normally.
I provide them every week calcium and I keep them free in the orchard.
