I am getting a lot for eggs now and it is like one is laying with out a shell has anyone seen this before

if you give it its shell crush up back to it that should help or you can use oyster shells they work better some chicken dont like that tho but like the shell

Yes. Sometimes it's a misfire, and other times it's a young pullet just trying to get her egg machine working. Is it happening on a daily basis though??

yes and this there frist time to start laying

They are just trying to get their egg machine going. It can't hurt to give them an extra source of calcium though. Oyster shells are great and they will eat what they need. Also, be sure to switch them to "layer" feed if you haven't already.
