It will take some time, but you can order Amoxicillin online. Baytril is another antibiotic that can be used. It may be worth getting one these to have on hand.

I'd give her a clean up. Work on hydration and encourage her to eat whatever she likes (within reason), do try to get her to eat normal feed wet or dry too.

Could be she works through this. I've had some hens improve with supportive care, others have not. It's very hard to know which way these things will go.
