Egg zipped but Membrane not broken

I have several Duck eggs that have hatched. But one has zipped the shell but the membrane is still attached and not broken.

Is there anything that I could do to help?

Ok I tried peeling the lid off slowly. It was sitting in another shell that had hatched already.
