ok i had 1 egg four 9 days i candled it and the top and bottem where yellow or clear and the middle was a dark brown spot what does that mean?

has your temp and humidity been ok ? have you turn more than 3 or more times a day ?

yes i have been turning more than 3 times a day right now my tempeture is 98.4 and huninuty is 64% do you know how to calab erat a thermometer

using boiling water and ice water ? i think . i have no clue why your egg is clear / air sack at both ends . i would start another thread and ask ' why has my egg got 2 air sacks ' and see if you get someone who has been hatching chicks for years to answer you , sorry i cant help

advice is ......... There is a clear part in the end of the egg but it is not an air cell. It's a little less clear than a regular air cell.

Tell her to let the chick continue to grow. I wouldn't recommend tossing the egg or anything, and there is nothing she can do to help the chick if it is two air cells (if the chick would need help at all, which I doubt it would).
