nope... if they can't take the time to respond to my customer service request about my account, then I can't take the time to pay them.

I usually send payment once every 6 months. Till I get around to making the next payment, the first one is usually credited. lol

It usually takes them about 3 months to credit my payments. I just figured it was b/c they were soooo busy.
