Eggbound? or Water Belly?? Or Something Else??

Dora is doing okay today... we kept her inside overnight. And, then gave her some food and water this morning, which she took. We did a heat pack on her belly for 15 minutes and then put her outside with the others. She still seems off, and is hanging out mostly in the nesting box today. But, she has passed some more gunk. I'm going to go give her her antibiotics and some eye dropper water in a bit.
