I have a light sussex pullet who laid her first egg on 1/22/12 and laid two consecutive days following but since then nothing. I've since seen her in the nest box twice (as recently as today) but no eggs. She appears to be acting normal and eating and drinking. Is this normal "pullet" behavior or should I be concerned that she's eggbound?

It is normal behavior for a young pullet. It takes a little time for their systems to get use to what it's suppose to be doing and to get into a regular routine. I'd keep an eye on her just to be safe but I really don't think you have anything to be concerned about unless you see a change in behavior, eating habit or walking funny.
