Eggbound

My hen is 18 weeks old and very sick. I think she is eggbound, she doesnt move and is a little wet near her vent. Any advice?

First, make sure it is egg binding. I know that these two say to not break the egg, but Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens gives instructions on how to do it for a last resort. It also says you can squirt warm saline solution wound wash into the vent to help its passage.
