Egger has a bloody growth on leg....

Hi ya'll, I have a question to put out there for anyone to assist me with. Please and Thank you. My hen is 4 years old and recently she started limping around her yard and today I noticed she was bleeding on her inner leg. I thought it was from pushing out a jumbo but when I scooped her up there is a half dollar size bone like growth on her leg and it is bleeding. I cleaned her up but I don't know what this growth is...I can try to post a picture but I am not the best when it comes to photography. Any help would be much appreciated.

For me not sure. A picture will likely get you better results.
