Hi!
I am Celeste Boyd, and I am an egger from NC currently living in Lawton, Ok with my husband and two children with one on the way. I'm an at-home mom and usually attend craft fairs with hand-carved eggs, but am on hiatus until after the baby comes or possibly until after I've finished nursing, depending on what the doc says.
I came to this site hoping to find different and unusual eggs to carve. I currently do mostly goose and a few ostrich. I'm slowly working towards emu, but they are a bird of a different feather! I've ordered some rhea eggs and am very excited about them.
I do carvings (with and without paint), music boxes, ornaments, etc. My fave thing is my snowflake goose eggs that fit a christmas light inside and light up! They make for a beautiful Christmas tree.
I also do doll repaints, jewlery, and any other hobby that comes my way, lol. For some reason I can't get any images to upload to this site for my avatar or anything, but I'm technologically declines, so who knows?
