I bought these three hens and was told they were hatched mid-march. Still no eggs, am I just being impatient or what is up?

Also I was told picture number two and three were Arucana, but they are Amerucana, right?

In the picture the combs and faces look very pale. They will turn bright red before you get an egg.

As to the middle picture, from what I have read most ameraucanas are really mixed breeds that are called Easter Eggers. They carry the gene for colored eggs, but don't have all the pure bred characteristics. I am certainly no expert so have no idea if yours is really an Ameraucana or not. I've only owned EEs. Apparently true Ameraucanas are very rare.

Signs of onset of lay---I've found the pelvic points to be the most accurate.
Squatting:
If you touch their back they will hunker down on the ground, then shake their tail feathers when they get back up.
This shows they are sexually mature and egg laying is close at hand.

Combs and Wattles:
Plump, shiny red - usually means laying.
Shriveled, dryish looking and pale - usually means not laying.
Tho I have found that the combs and wattles can look full and red one minute then pale back out the next due to exertion or excitement, can drive ya nuts when waiting for a pullet to lay!

2 bony points on either side of vent:
Less than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means not laying.
More than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means laying.

Your hens should be around 20 weeks now. A bit of a myth is along the lines that "all chickens start to lay at 18 weeks". Some will, most won't and a few more may take up to 24 or 30 weeks to lay their first egg. I know it's a long time to wait (and feed them!) before getting the first egg, but they will be coming, sooner or later!

Also, what are feeding them? Feed/treats/scraps/etc?
