Has anyone gotten those eggroll wrappers from the grocery store? They are usually in the produce section. I got some yesterday and thought Id try making some. Any hints or ideas how not to ruin them?
I use them for my eggrolls. My biggest piece of advice would be don't crowd them when you're frying them. When I make them I freeze some of them uncooked and then when I want to fry them I thaw them a bit and then fry them.
Alrighty! Thats what Ill do. I remember about a thousand years ago when I was married, I used to make eggrolls all the time. I dont know why I stopped. They were so good.
Mine are very simple. I shread cabbage, carrots, onions together. Then I fry ground pork, and add some powdered garlic and soy sauce to the pork. Mix together, thats my filling mixture.
