Eggrolls

I cook the meats, add veggies and lightly stir fry everything together. Cool somewhat and fill the eggrolls.
 
I fixed these this evening, they were wonderful. Grated cabbage, onions and carrots. Stir fried the veggies together for a few minutes, mixed with cooked ground pork seasoned with pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and a touch of worchestershire sauce. Made the egg rolls, fried them and set them aside. They were a huge hit. I will make these again. They were great!
 
This is the most recent egg roll recipe I have tried. It's very tasty, easy peasy, and quick. You could add some minced garlic and chopped green onions, soy sauce, grated ginger, etc. if you wanted to kick it up a notch.

Easy Egg Roll Recipe
1 16 oz. bag of coleslaw cabbage mix or broccoli slaw
1 16 oz. pkg. of regular sausage
1 pkg. of egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying

Brown sausage in a skillet. Do not drain drippings from skillet. Add cabbage mix to skillet and cook until cabbage is tender.

Follow directions on back of egg roll wrappers for folding the egg rolls. Fry in the oil until brown.

Gound pork
Basil leaves (lots) slivered and fried with pork
shredded cabbage/carrotts
