eggs 1 less for 2 days, and pics of croweing roo, hehe, he finnaly is in charge,

well since he grew up and starting crowing, the eggs are 1 less and some are smaller???? can being bred do that??? im also gettin 5 instead of 6 a day, im sure winter has something to do with it, i do have a red heat lamp in the coop to keep the water from freezing, 24 degrees last night, but they all went out bugging today,

well now getting 6 one day and 5 the next, i think winter is gonna stop them now, thought sexlinks kept going, ????

Not all birds lay every day...matter of fact, most don't.
The stress of a newly mature cockerel learning to mate can inhibit laying also.

hmm got 6 today didntnt know the roo had that efect, my silkeys never had that problem, im not used to egg full sized birds, thanks
