So,

We currently have 2 hens in the same box sitting on about 10 eggs. They started incubating them Easter weekend, so the eggs are going to be hatching soon. Our concern is the nesting box is approximately 4 ft off the ground. Will the chicks fall out? Should we move the eggs and hens and hope they stay where they are relocated to? What do we do

As long as they aren't going to land on a hard surface it won't hurt them to bail out of the nest. Just be sure they have something soft to land on like straw. I would also keep an eye that one doesn't fall out before the rest are done hatching.
