Eggs and fertilization...

I am new to owning ducks and think I have one boy and one girl. I was wondering If I keep them together all the time will she lay fertilized eggs all year or is it just during mating season?I guess what I am trying to ask is can I keep them together and still get unfertilized eggs for eating from her?

You can eat fertilized eggs. There is no difference in fertilized and unfertilized if you don't incubate them.
They will be fertile all year.
