So I want to do a September hatch, but neither of my hens are broody, and I don´t know where to get eggs from AND I don´t have a bator. I need the location to be somewhat close to California, especially northern CA. And thanks in advance!!

If you want to hatch eggs whenever you want, you have to buy an incubator. Chickens will not go broody whenever you want them to, especially depending on breed and age. Some breeds of chickens will never go broody and broody breeds usually don't go broody until 2-3 years of age. You can purchase hatching eggs off of ebay, craigslist or any hatchery. Shipped eggs usually don't have a good hatch rate so I would probably recommend a hatchery before ebay. Hatcheries are usually better at keeping your eggs safe from being undamaged etc..
