eggs at 16 weeks.... NORMAL??

As I went to check on my hens and 'chicks' today, I found some really SMALL eggs that came from our 16 week week old chicks. Is this normal? It seems early.

Not unusual. My Barred rocks layed at 16 weeks.

we had little "pullet" eggs from our Barred Rocks and Rhode Isl Reds at that age.....

Crikey, you lucky lot. I keep mainly Brahmas and they can be 8 months old before they start to lay!
