Eggs at almost 17weeks?

Hello. Got some Delawares that were born August 10th. Found 9 eggs On December 5. Makes them about 17 weeks of age. No more eggs after that. Wasn't expecting any until mid-late January. No more after that. Seems early to me. What's going on? Is that normal? Thanks.

My 15 week old ISA browns started laying for the 1st time last sunday .. was so not expecting that .

Are the eggs small? Do they have yolks? Could be a "fart" egg..

I have small eggs avg 55 to 45 grams .. Fed them to hubby they seemed just fine

Eggs are large. Here a pic of mine next to a commercial large egg.
