Eggs at different stages in an incubator?

I’ve got a brinsea mini ex II incubator and put Pekin eggs in on the 29th April at 37.5c at 45% humidity yesterday (day 18) I increased the humidity to 70%. I candled the eggs a week ago and 5 are fertile. So hatching due over the next few days fingers crossed.
Here is the problem...
I got over enthusiastic and purchased 6 more eggs on Saturday to have a second brood coming along after my others have hatched. The new eggs arrived this afternoon (Monday) and are resting for a day after being in transit. However I’m concerned they might be as old as last Wednesday/Thursday so I’m keen to get them in the incubator.
If I put the new eggs in the incubator at 37.5c and at 70% humidity and turn manually for a few days until the others hatch the drop the humidity to 45% when Chicks are removed.
Will the humidity changes have an adverse effect on the new eggs?
Thanks

Short of buying another incubator, I think you're going to have to wait to put them in. You can't open the incubator while chicks are hatching to turn them, because you'll shrink wrap them. Do you know anyone who has an incubator you can borrow or stick them in? How many days old do you think they are? After 7 days fertility drops off a bit, but you can store them for up to 14 days. I'd definitely look for another incubator. Maybe check your state thread and see if anyone would be willing to loan you an incubator? The high humidity and jostling by the newly hatched chicks will be really bad for them.
