eggs at rest

How long should shipped sit in the correct position before the incubator is turned on , I recieved 22 eggs today in the mailbox and put then in the incubator immediately but did not plug it in , was planning to do that Fri about 12:00 is that too long ???
that would be 2 full days at rest .

12-24 hours is prime, but you should be good.

Thanks , have been hatching my own eggs and neighabors eggs for years but this is the first from the mail box .
