Would you incubate shipped eggs immediately?

Hi guys! I need advice from the experts please!
Usually, when hatching shipped eggs, I allow them to rest for at least 24 hours before incubation. This time however, the eggs will be a week old because of shipping delays. I don't want the eggs to lose anymore viability. Should I set them in the bator immediately and start turning a day later, or wait?

I set eggs immediately once delivered.
I don't let them rest or waste any more time.

Thank you! Any special considerations when incubating before resting? When do you start turning? I usually lay them on it's side, because of the style of my turner.
