Would you incubate shipped eggs immediately?

Hi guys! I need advice from the experts please!
Usually, when hatching shipped eggs, I allow them to rest for at least 24 hours before incubation. This time however, the eggs will be a week old because of shipping delays. I don't want the eggs to lose anymore viability. Should I set them in the bator immediately and start turning a day later, or wait?

I set eggs immediately once delivered.
I don't let them rest or waste any more time.

Thank you! Any special considerations when incubating before resting? When do you start turning? I usually lay them on it's side, because of the style of my turner.

My turner also tends to lay them on their side at first. Maybe turn the "turner" so eggs are pointing down when they are first put in. And I have read that when eggs are that old, get them in the incubator immediately. What I have done is place the eggs in the incubator BEFORE I've turned the temperature on. I figure the eggs and incubator will get to the right temperature together.
