Hi there,
I'm having some issues hatching some eggs.
I have a silver pencilled wyandotte pair. I have seen him mount her, and she is missing quite a few feathers on her back from breeding.
I'm collecting an egg a day from her and it seems as though the majority are developing but not hatching. I am hatching other eggs in the same batch with great rates from the other wyandottes.
They are being fed a layer crumble with 5% calf manna mixed in. They have their own space with fresh water, air and sunlight.
They do not however have access to grass currently since they are in the breeding pen.
I'm really not sure what's going on here. I've only been able to hatch about 6 chicks from them since March 2018.
