Eggs for Chickens!?

I have a chicken that lays every small white eggs and i dont usually eat these unless i dont have any other eggs. A friend told me to hard boil them and give it to the chickens. Is this ok and is it healthy for them?

yes its good for them, extra protein and all that! I just boil up my extra eggs, and then mash it up reall good and they love it!

My ladies love it when they get eggs as a treat. Shell and all. It gives them the protein they need and it is a yummy treat for them.

I scramble any that are very dirty or badly cracked and give them back to the girls. As long as they can't identify it as an egg, it's no problem. Good protein for them!

Yep. Boiled. Shell and all. Any cracked eggs we get go right back to the birds.

You can even boil early non-fertile discards from thr incubator.
