Eggs from Buff Cochin at 14 1/2 weeks??

I was wondering if it's possible for a 14 1/2 week old Buff Cochin to already be laying. I have been getting one small to medium sized brown egg each day since this past Sunday and I believe today I saw it was from a Buff Cochin. I am not positive though. Does anyone else have a buff cochin, and if so, when did they start laying?

I was also thinking it could be from one of my bantams who are the same age... I have a golden sebright and black silkie bantam... ANY info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
