when you take your eggs out of the incubator and put them in a hatcher do you lay them down or stand them up thanks for the replies

I turn of the turner at day 18 and raise the humidity to 65. I was going with 75% humidity finding birds that drowned. And I always leave them in the incubator for 1 day until all have hatched. Opening the incubator as chicks are hatching can get them shrink wrapped inside the egg killing them. I forget what the thin layer of skin on the inside of the shell is called but that is what I'm refering to. Humidity plays a major role in hatch rate.
