I was offered some coturnix hatching eggs from Europe! Do you think if I get expedited shipping they will be okay? Or will shipping them that far ruin the fertility!!?!?

The shipping isn't the problem. Have you done the importation paperwork?
There's a lot of groundwork to be done before they're shipped.
They can be shipped but people usually hand carry them with the paperwork to insure they don't have problems with customs.
