eggs gone bad

got my chickens in dec. had 4 go broody set up nests for all but it was fight every day now 24 days since sitting on eggs no chicks
what should i do now thank you in advance

Throw the eggs away, and next time make sure that the setting hens are protected from the rest of the flock. In my experience hens sharing the same nest rarely results in high % hatches. Especially if they are fighting over/stealing one another's eggs.
