eggs hatching late

I have duck and guinea eggs together in the incubator. The guineas hatched a little early and the ducks a day or two late. The incubator a hova bator. The temp was good the whole time. I have had many successful hatches in the past. Any ideas???

I hatched more than half the guineas but way short with the ducks.
