eggs hatching v early!

So I went to turn my 5 eggs, only to find 1 was already hatching! 2 breaks in the shell, but it hasn't broken through the membrane yet. Can it breath ok? or should I make a tiny hole in the membrane? it should be day 23 btw. maybe the warmer weather here when they shipped caused them to develop earlier?

Lock down the incubator and raise humidity. Don't start touching the egg..make sure all aircells are facing upwards to the top of incubator.

The eggs are on their sides. Can it breath ok?

Make sure the pip holes are facing up to the side of the egg..It takes up to 12 or more hours to hatch..
