Eggs hatching wrong what to do?

I didn't realize my trusty best incubator wasn't turning until nearly the end of incubation. I finally noticed when I kept seeing an egg with a million fine cracks, though developing normally, was always in the same spot. These are shipped eggs. So today is the hatch date and there are a few peep holes, maybe 4 out 8 eggs. I see membrane and hear chirping but no progression in any of the holes since this morning. Some of the holes are not where they should be. What should I do? I read the problem with no turning is sticky membranes and poor positioning but no advice what to do.

I have not had this situation, but I would guess you would approach it the same as other eggs hatching. Help Slowly and only when necessary. Look at the Guide to Assisted Hatching if you have not already done so.

The turner should stop 3 day's before the hatch is due. Then the turner should be removed and then you up the amount of humidity. This gets the chick's ready in the right position for hatching.

This is an automatic incubator with an automatic turner. In the past it worked perfectly, this time heat and humidity are fine, it just never turned the eggs. Only once in a while I'm in the room the same time the turner turns on so I didn't notice it was not working. To my horror the eggs have not been turned until two days before the hatch date when I hand turned them. The incubator has a test button and the turner is definitely not working. Since turning is necessary for a healthy hatch, I'm wondering what I should do, if anything to save the obviously live chicks?

I hope I didn't ruin things by not checking the turner.

Are some of the pips on the bottom of the shell or something? If they are, you might be able to go in and quickly set them right.

Picture showing how they are pipping would be helpful. I always give about 24 hours after pip to do any assistance.
