Eggs have hatched ... What to do next

My first set of eggs started to hatch yesterday morning at 8 am , it went on thru the day hatching a few at a time. We are now up to 9 out of 11 eggs. I need to know if leaving the first ones in there that are dry will hurt until the rest dry out fully? I also don't know about the other two eggs? #9 hatched this morning at about 8am.
please help me.

I leave the chicks in and try not to open the bator until the hatch is over. I would leave the two eggs til at least day 23.
