they already ripped it open before i could move them, it was bleeding alittle but i think its stopped now. im worried it wont make it

Remove the hatched chicks..Leave it to rest.

half the shell is missing the rest is just membrane but the chick is breathing and moving no peeps tho

I'd just let it rest for a while, it will do better when you get the chicks out. In a few hours re-assess it

Put it in a container on a bed of paper towels. Leave it alone in the incubator till it finds its feet. Remove the hatched.

It probably is still absorbing yolk. Leave it in the egg. I don't think the bed of paper towels is a good idea, don't open the incubator anymore. Is it yawning?

Paper towels are great. Not my first time. It won't interfere
