Eggs in coop for three days still eatible?

They are absolutely fine.
Back 15 years ago after we had Hurricaine Iniki destroy our island, we went almost a month without electricity and we lived out of a cooler. All the eggs we collected from the wild hens sat on the counter for weeks at a time till they got used, never had a bad one . We would regularly collect 3 or 4 eggs out of a nest, so you know those eggs were sitting on the ground for 4 days before we collected them, then sat on our counter for another week or two before we used them. Probally not the best and ideal practice to let the sit out for weeks, but we did it when we were in survival mode and came out fine.
The only time you might get a "bad" one is if you leave it and a broody hen sits on it for several days. The increased heat will cause the yolks and whites to get runny and blood vessels will start to grow by the fourth day or so.

Aloha,
Cory
