Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens says:

    Refrigeration:
    -whole in carton, 5 weeks
-whites, in tightly sealed jar, 4 days
-yolks, covered in water, 2 days
-hard cooked in shell, 2 weeks
-hard cooked, peeled, in water, 1 week
-hard cooked, peeled and pickled, 6 months

    Oiled, 7 months (at 30F)
    Frozen,12 months (at 0F)

I'm sure that's more than you want to know.
