Have some eggs that were out in almost 100 degree weather for 2 1/2 days. Safe to keep or dump?

I stalk my nest box around the time my hen usually lays because it's in the 100s currently, she works so hard to give me eggs I don't want to spoiling!

Lots of people, especially in other countries, don't even refrigerate their eggs and the eggs are fine for a week or more. However, I agree, its best to be careful. You can use an egg that was laid that day, but eggs older than a day may have started to develop chicks in them, if you have a rooster, or may have started to rot.
