eggs layed at different times

My silkie hen has been sitting on eggs for the past dew days, I've forgotten how long its been. Well I candle'd them and some are l pitch black like they are ready to hatch. Problem is she has been stealing the other hens eggs and they are only half way developed...well when these chicks hatch (the first batch) do u think she will still sit on the others? Or do I need to put them in a bator?

If there's that much of a difference in the development of the embryo I would definetly put the other ones in the bator. She will sit for just a few days on the other eggs once the first one hatches and then she will either abandon them or eat them. (I've have the latter happen!)
