y dont the egg plantations use austrolorps instead of leghorn if they still hold the world record. i think leghorns are gunna beat the record

Australorps are the "perfect" breed. They lay the most, are good to eat, and are friendly. (two things Leghorns dont got)

How do you define "best". To me the "best" would be the most profitable, with the lowest feed to egg weight ratio.
