Eggs left by hen for 72 hours...Are they still viable?

I'm looking for some sound advice.
I have two broody Cochins and gave them some eggs to sit on. After some research and advice from friends I made the decision to move them to a different coop. One of the hens had been sitting on the eggs for two weeks, the other for one. The hens did not like the move and would not sit on the eggs. I left them in the new coop hoping that they would sit on the eggs. The eggs got cold...the temperature here has been around 85 during the day and 80 at night. Today I finally gave up hope and put them back in their old coop and pasture and as I was locking them up tonight one of them was sitting back on the nesting box. I gave her the eggs back and I put the other one in the a box with her eggs and she sat on them too. So my question is: Should I start over with new eggs or see if any of the original eggs will hatch. They were left unattended for nearly 72 hours.
