Eggs look weird and not hatching

it’s day 23 of incubation and these three eggs still haven’t hatched my other three did last night but my last brown egg looks weird they all are still alive I have candled and did the float test

Also I should mention this isn’t all three eggs it just two of them but my other one looks the same as pic one

What does that mean?

That means they probably died somewhere around 2 weeks going by their appearance.

They are alive I candled them yesterday

Are you sure they are at the 23rd day of incubation ? If so that appearance is difficult to understand even if part of your incubator ran at lower temperatures.

Yeah they are I put them In the same time I put my other three in that hatched last night
