eggs need help

time to take eggs out of turner. should i lay them down or put them in a carton? what is best.

We (my wife) take them out and lay them flat in a hatching tray and put the top on it so they can't jump out and get splayed leged on the slick bottom of the bator....GOOD LUCK WITH THE HATCH WAD
