Eggs need help

My eggs have not hatch and I put them In a 9 am it's 4.30pm are they all rite it's 21 day my the way:/:/:/

Give them some time. Day 21 doesnt mean they all pop out right on cue. Can you see any rocking eggs or hear chirping?
