Very good advice from @Wyorp Rock . The hen sounds very much like she has something wrong with her oviduct. Impacted oviduct could be a problem and they can lay thin or shell-less eggs, just membranes or egg material. The oviduct can become enlarged and egg can be laid internally into the abdomen. There are various causes, such as infection, salpingitis, tumors, and scar tissue. It can make a hen feel bad, have low energy, and wiped out. Hopefully, she will feel better in a day or so. Some continue to have more of these eggs or material.Baytril, which is banned for chickens, is one antibiotic that vets commonly use to treat reproductive infections. If you can buy the Baytril (enrofloxacin) the dosage is 0.05 ml per pound—0.25 or 1/4 ml for a 5 pound hen. Give it orally twice a day for 5 days.
