Eggs not hatched after 30 days

My hen is sitting on the eggs but it has been more than 30 days and the chicks have not hatched. Please advise what can I do??

Take an egg out (not for too long though..) and candle it. You can do this by grabbing one of them and using the light on your phone in a dark area to check for life. Check a few eggs to determine if they are gone or great!

How old is your rooster? Is he old enough to be breeding with the hens or is he too old that he may not be fertile anymore.
