Eggs not hatching only one

Eggs were supposed to hatch sunday night but only one did what should i do next and yes they are fertile

Had you candled monitor development throughout the incubation?
If you set them on 9-24 then 10-16 is Day 21.
Don't give up yet...12 day is an estimate not an absolute.
They can go a couple days either way depending on overall temps during the 21 days.
