eggs not making progress during hatching

I have eggs hatching but have not made progress for the last 5 hours... do I help or let them be?

Some more info might be helpfull , what day are they on? what kind of prgress have they made pip zip?
Most rules of thumb are giveing a chick 24 hours if it pips till you worry about it , it can take a long time for them they pip then rest and all that.

This is 21st day and they started hatching and I can see their beaks but they have not made the hole bigger... its pretty much the same size from earlier today

if they have made a hole and you see there little beaks

then dont worry give them at least another 19 hours befor you worry about them , hatching is hard work. Go run and errand that takes a couple hours , they tend to be Ironic and hatch while youre gone or at 3 am in the morning when you need youre sleep
